Well you may or may not know by now that we are putting together something special for all the local Austin vintage retail shops and vintage clothing dealers around the country

To give you an idea of the people behind the procurement of this event, we have an all- star cast of PR and event planners that love and collect vintage clothing. One of the founders actually just opened a vintage retail store and has been an avid collector for over 10 years with vintage dealer acquaintances all over the country.

I’m sure a lot of you have participated or set up booths in various vintage events in the past, which is super awesome! We invitingly encourage you to give us a try. You won’t be disappointed!! With your participation, you provide the influx of shoppers with one more avenue of amazing vintage selections from the mind of your very own collection.

If you are a local Austin retail (brick & mortar) shop we are ready and equipped to set you up with lots of complimentary libations, promotion, & an influx of bodies to your store for this event.  We’ll do all the work for you. All you have to do is open your doors.

If you are an out-of-town dealer or local non-brick and motor vintage dealer, then we have a special location set up just for you guys. We will stock your location with lots of goodies as well for the masses to enjoy while sifting through your awesome collections!

FAQ

When:

May 11th-13th 2012, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Where:

All over Austin UWeekly Austin will have a printed centerfold map on stands with routes and legend to all the participating locations.   SLACKER Magazine will have a special edition printed guide distributed to each participating location the week of the event where you can swing by and pick one up and a wristband as well.

$5 pre sale tix

Tickets day of the event are CASH ONLY and available at each location.

How, When, Where, Who do I pay for Merchandise?

Each vendor has their own unique POS system, so you must check out your purchase with the vendor. Some stores will be equipped with credit cards machines.

Parking

Park where you can, there are so many locations that you may have to pay or not.

Are there dressing rooms available?

Some vendors may or may not have adequate dressing rooms in their booth, but you should expect them not to be available at most. We recommend you wear tight fitting gear that you can slip clothes on over to try on.  All sales are final, so be prepared day of!

Will there be food or drinks?

There will be sponsored food and drinks, there will be tons for everyone!!
